WHY ARE THEY NOT SUFFERING THE KARMA OF THEIR EVIL DEEDS?

The Cabal also uses black magic to manipulate the masses.

In order for the magic to work, they have to 'tell' the world what they are going to do.

By telling their victims beforehand what they plan to do, they are relieved of most of their negative karma,

regardless of whether the victims know, understood, or are aware of the message is another matter. How they do it is extremely subliminal.

The karma, however, is being taken upon by those unknowing minions who actually execute the evil deeds.

Thus, by being the masterminds who just plot and "advise" the agendas to be carried out, they are not affected much by the negative karma, but are able to enjoy the benefits of their agendas.
