NATURAL LAW - THE LAW OF LAND-AIR-WATER

Natural Law is the set of universal, inherent, objective, non-manmade, eternal & immutable conditions which governs the consequences of behaviour of beings with the capacity to understand the difference between harmful & non-harmful behaviour. Natural Law is not to be confused with the Darwinian Law of the Jungle. Natural Law is objective, not subjective like manmade laws. Manmade laws are subjected to geographical location, society, culture, tradition, and/or the level of morality of the government officials.

In simple terms, Natural Law has the following condition: You do not take anything from another sentient being.

Some examples include:

Murder/Killing - Taking life from another.

Assault - Taking the wellbeing of another.

Robbery/Theft- Taking property from another.

Rape - Taking the consent of another.

Lying - Taking/withholding the truth from another.

Trespassing - Taking the security of another's dwelling.

Slavery - Taking the physical freedom from another.

Coercion/Blackmail/Threatening - Taking the free-will from another.

IS NATURAL LAW PACIFIST?

However, Natural Law is not to be assumed to be a pacifist law.

Although violence is prohibited, defensive force is allowed.

Under Natural Law, you should not violate others, and neither should others be allowed to violate you.

NATURAL LAW MEANS BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR YOURSELF

It is often refuted by deniers saying that if Natural Law exists, how is it that evil masterminds plot evil schemes, but often go unpunished?

It is important to note that the intent of the sentient being is what matters in Natural Law.

If you know what you are doing, and you do it, you are then responsible for your actions.

Therefore, even though they plot the schemes and give the instructions, it is the order-followers who execute the actions,

and thus they are responsible for the consequences. In that way, the order-followers can be viewed as the scapegoats for the evil masterminds.

Under the Law Of Karma, the masterminds do not suffer the adverse effects if the oppressed consented to their plans by not disagreeing or showing any objection.

HOW ARE MAN-MADE LAWS DIFFERENT FROM NATURAL LAW?

Contrary to what many believe, man-made laws do not represent justice.

They are just rules of the game, with the chessboard as imaginary lines of the ground set by the chess-masters.

They are basically just what politicians allow, with nothing to do with morality or justice.

Man-made laws, unlike Natural Law, are subjective not objective, and may vary according to the geopolitical location, the culture etc.
