THE ZOMBIE HORDE

Horror movie fans should be familiar with zombies. Originally, zombies are reanimated corpses by means of necromancy. Basically, they are the Undead.
They are usually dumb and slow, probably due to rigor mortis or severe rotting. Zombies are usually the cannon-fodder of the Army of Darkness.
They are the minions who charge head-first, and usually will fight till the destruction of their physical bodies.

However, if you have been paying attention, the zombies in the movies after the 1990s are very different.
They are either infected by bio-weapons,no thanks to mega-corporations or by their own government.
They are fast and violent, impervious to pain due to manipulated neurons, some even being part of a hive mind.

Is this predictive programming in progress?

No, I am not talking about fantasy, fiction or conspiracy theories.
There has been concrete evidence that governments have been experimenting on various ways of mind-control,
not just limited to the MK-Ultra programme.
French scientist Dr Pierre Gilbert in 1995 has warned about nano-particles in magnetic "vaccines",
coupled with electromagnetic frequencies that can cause people to turn into zombies.

Research on Operation Crimson Mist.

Also, the CDC has a webpage titled Preparedness 101 - Zombie Apocalypse.
There is also a video showing the military personnel being briefed on the response action in the scenario of a zombie outbreak.
Would an offical agency be joking on such matters?
