What Is Earthing?

​

Earthing (also known as grounding) is when you stand on the earth (or any natural ground) connecting your body to the natural electric charge of the earth, transferring electrons into your body.

​

The problem with modern society is that the earth is being covered with unnatural material such bitumen, asphalt, concrete, and other synthetic material.

​

Also, ever since the creation of synthetic materials being used for shoe soles, Man has been insulated from the earth, hence the many health problems.

Benefits of Earthing:

  • Balanced electromagnetic field

  • Enhanced blood flow

  • regulated blood pressure

  • Improved immunity

  • Reduced inflammation

  • Improved sleep quality

Places To Do Earthing:

  • Forests

  • Woods

  • Gardens

  • Beaches

  • Lakes

  • Ponds

Avoid:

  • Avoid electronic devices or metal on your body.

  • Understand your terrain, and avoid uneven terrain where you might trip/sleep/fall.

  • Avoid areas with dangerous animals and plants.

  • Avoid areas with hazardous rubbish such as broken glass or pieces of metal.

  • Avoid Earthing if you have any open wounds on your feet.

  • Avoid days when you see the skies covered with unnatural "clouds".

  • Avoid Earthing after the rain if you sighted any unnatural "clouds" prior.

  • Avoid areas with high electromagnetic radiation.
