Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is a spiritual practice that focuses on awakening the dormant Kundalini energy known as Shakti, which is believed to reside at the base of the spine. This activation leads to higher states of consciousness and spiritual enlightenment.

Kundalini Yoga incorporates various breathing techniques, such as deep diaphragmatic breathing and specific Pranayama exercises. These techniques help to balance and channel the flow of energy in the body.

This type of Yoga combines dynamic movements, postures, and repetitive motions known as Kriya. These Kriya are designed to stimulate the body’s energy centers known as Chakra and remove energy blockages.

Chanting Mantra is an integral part of Kundalini Yoga. The vibrations produced by the Mantra are believed to have a transformative effect on the mind, body, and spirit.

In addition, Kundalini Yoga incorporates meditation techniques to quiet the mind, increase awareness, and develop a deeper connection with the Self.
