HOW TO OVERCOME GUILT / WORRY
​
I had observed that many people are being torn apart by either guilt (things that has happened in the past) or worry (things that has yet to happen, ie. events in the future).
The answer is actually in the Bhaddekarata Sutta.

So, how do we practically overcome our guilt/worry ?
​
1) Acknowledge & accept that the event has happened.
​
2) Evaluate : Will feeling guilty or worried help improve the situation ? (The answer is an obvious 'NO' !!)
​
3) Analyze : Is there anything that we can do about it ?
If 'No' : Then accept the fact that nothing can be done. Make the best out of it, and wait for opportunities to improve the situation.
If 'Yes' : What are you waiting for ? Just do it !!!
